As we approach the 25th anniversary of Appleseed’s founding by the Harvard Law School Class of 1958, we are looking back at how much things have changed – and how much they have stayed the same.
There are still large swaths of Americans and immigrants who do not enjoy equal access to justice, opportunity, and financial success due to systemic barriers. But the Appleseed Network has also made huge strides in broadening that access, expanding opportunity, and helping people build assets to support themselves and their families across the U.S. and Mexico. We have also grown and developed our power to make positive change as a Network of 18 Appleseed Centers through collaboration and shared initiatives. We are proud of this work and want to share some of it with you, as a valued supporter of the Appleseed Network.
Please review our September Newsletter below with updates on Appleseed’s work and let us know if you have any questions. Again, thank you for your support. We look forward to many more years breaking down barriers and expanding access to the American Dream for all who seek it. Comments are closed.
