| Many credit card issuers offer programs through which cardholders can redeem their rewards points for a cash donation to charity. Below are four such programs: SunTrust, Citi, Wells-Fargo, and American Express. Instructions for redeeming points for Appleseed donations are included. If you hold a different credit or debit card, please inquire as to whether and how you can redeem your points to support Appleseed! |

SunTrust Bank offers customers an opportunity to donate to any of one million participating 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations online at JustGive.org. And, as an added benefit, SunTrust will match up to 60 percent of your contribution amount when you select these rewards. For example, with your $25 contribution, SunTrust will add $15 and your charity will actually receive $40.
How to Redeem Points

1. Log onto SunTrust Online Banking;

2. Call 1-800-SunTrust;

|
3. Or visit any SunTrust branch

| 1. Have your SunTrust credit card or check debit card handy |
| 2. Follow prompts. They will tell you how may points you have to redeem. |

| Be sure to designate Appleseed as charity. You can redeem points as follows: |
| Sun Points for Charity $25 + $15 SunTrust matching donation = 3,000 |
| Sun Points for Charity $50 + $25 SunTrust Bank matching donation = 5,000 |
| Sun Points for Charity $100 + $50 SunTrust Bank matching donation = 10,000 |

| This will take you to the online banking screen. If you already have online banking account, log in and you will be given you several options. Select Sunpoints redemption. This will tell you how many points you have and send you to the rewards page where you can redeem points. |

To qualify, you need a participating Citi Credit Card or an eligible Citibank checking account, or sign up at Expedia.com. If you aree already a ThankYou Member, set up a user name and password by registering directly at www.thankyiou.com.

To redeem points, call the Wells FargoRewards Service Center at 1.877.517.1358, open daily from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m, Pacific Time, except major holidays.
Use your points for a greater good by selecting CharityChoice gift cards. You may designate the funds for up to three charities of your choice from the online list. CharityChoice offers over 100 carefully selected major charitable causes, of which Appleseed is one!

| 3. Select Appleseed as charity of your choice |
| 4. Then choose redeem points option below |

You can redeem Membership Reward points in increments of 1,000, 5,000, 10,000, 50,000, and 100,000, and Appleseed will receive $10 for every 1,000 points redeemed. If you would like to redeem over 250,000 points, please contact American Express directly at 1.877.660.2639.
